De Lacy Executives client provides innovative cultivation equipment for the global farming industry. Designed and manufactured in Britain, the company endeavours to provide a leading level of service, along with first class products that help farmers meet the financial and practical challenges of todays industry.

Working alongside the Sales Director, you will be responsible for growing their overseas business with both current and new dealers. Establishing and expanding an international dealer network through identifying and developing new business opportunities in target countries.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required to maintain and develop strong client relationships, providing on the ground sales support to dealers as they generate leads and assist with deal closure. You will be required to resolve customer issues and escalate where support is needed, whilst at all times keeping customers updated on key developments in relation to specific orders.

This role is ideally suited to highly motivated, commercially astute individuals who have proven experience working within the agricultural export markets.

This is a UK home-based role which will involve International travel.

Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrate a keen interest in agricultural machinery

Proven experience working in the agricultural export markets is highly desirable

Experience in agricultural machinery or capital goods sales will be an advantage

Strong team player

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Ability to prioritise and manage own work load is essential

Strong IT skills

Willingness to travel extensively as required

Full, clean UK driving licence

Remuneration:

An excellent remuneration package is on offer, dependent on experience, to include a highly competitive salary, car/car allowance and company pension
