We seek an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dynamic B2C sales person to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience selling to farmers within an agricultural environment and possess a keen interest in farm machinery. The ability to demonstrate machinery will be an advantage but is not essential as you will receive excellent support and product training.

Your key role will be to sell a wide range of quality agricultural machinery and equipment within the Buckinghamshire area. You will visit existing clients and farmers on a regular basis and assess customer needs. You will also thrive on developing and building relationships with new customers and contribute to developing the market within your designated territory.

We are keen to hear from experienced agricultural machinery or equipment sales managers, sales engineers, tractor drivers/machinery operators from a farm or contractor background who are wishing to progress their careers into a commercial role and sales representatives with agricultural knowledge wishing to move into the machinery sector.

Ideal candidates will be based within Buckinghamshire or the bordering counties.

Candidate requirements:

Good knowledge of the UK Agricultural industry

Proven B2C sales experience is desirable

Previous agricultural machinery or equipment sales is desirable

Excellent communication skills

Strong customer service skills, both face to face and over the telephone

Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

Excellent organisational skills

Full UK driving license

Remuneration:

A highly competitive remuneration package is on offer to the successful candidate dependant on experience
