De Lacy Executive has been retained to recruit the services of a Feed Additives Sales Manager to manage feed and supplement manufacturingclients throughout the UK.Our client is a well-established but rapidly European based feed additive manufacturer with products also sourced from other global manufacturers. Therefore the company has a wide portfolio of products and sales are made across Europe and globally.

De Lacy Executive has been retained to recruit the services of a Feed Additives Sales Manager to manage feed and supplement manufacturing clients throughout the UK.

Our client is a well-established but rapidly European based feed additive manufacturer with products also sourced from other global manufacturers. Therefore the company has a wide portfolio of products and sales are made across Europe and globally.

UK sales are increasing significantly and have reached the point where a UK based technical sales professional is required. There is an enormous opportunity to both increase market penetration and to potentially build a small team or gain increased responsibility within the company.

The Responsibilities:

Introduce the company and its multi species product range to the market.

Plan and organise to achieve budget.

Open and support new accounts in the animal feed trade.

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

Keep management abreast of market information.

The Requirements:

Previous relevant sales experience.

Target driven and ambitious.

Commercially astute.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Knowledge of feed additives or the animal feed/animal health industries would be useful.

Knowledge of animal nutrition sufficient to sell to nutritionists and technical buyers would be beneficial.

Degree in animal science, veterinary medicine or equivalent would be preferred but is not essential.

Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
