De Lacy Executive seeks a customer orientated professional with a good understanding of the needs and expectations of UK dairy farmers, to join a global supplier of leading milking equipment.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in software with a demonstrated knowledge of Automatic Milking Systems and solutions. A background and knowledge of the UK Dairy Farm market is essential.

This role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK Ireland and candidates must be prepared to attend international meetings as required

The role Responsibilities:

Coordinate AMS and feeding system solutions ensuring that Sales, Technical Support and Dealers are engaged with and motivated to develop sales and support mechanisms. This includes the delivery of commercial training to Sales Managers and the UK Ireland Dealer Network.

Create full market offering package to the end customer. To include external communication (support by local marketing colleagues), customer testimonials, production of local sales material showing examples of customer benefits provided by our clients equipment.

Responsible for achieving, in conjunction with the sales team, AMS and Feeding systems sales targets as per the annual budget and following up sales performance and market trends in the segment.

Act as the product champion for the sales team. Provide support for sales activities in complex sales situations related to the segment assisting with sales visits, planning and any CQT (quotation tool) quotes and drawings as required.

Co-ordinate and provide feedback on quality issues experienced in the local market

Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirements of dairy farmers and how they work with technology and data in a practical application.

Strong knowledge of AMS systems and solutions

Customer orientated

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate at all levels

Strong IT Skills

Proven sales skills

Excellent presentation skills.

Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit

Well presented with business acumen

Tenacious, meticulous and dedicate

Full UK driving licence

Remuneration:
