De Lacy Executive seeks an ambitious and dynamic sales professional to join a global supplier of leading milking equipment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced agricultural sales person who has a strong background and knowledge of the UK Dairy Farm market.

You will be responsible for progressing and energising the business of conventional milking machines via our clients network of dedicated dealers, as well as directly advising and selling solutions to dairy farmers. Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, you will ensure the sales process runs smoothly.

You will be flexible in terms of time management and ideally have experience of selling via a dealer distribution network. The role will require regular travel each week throughout the territory

Location - This is a home-based position within the territory

Candidate Requirements:

Successful sales record, preferably in capital equipment in the dairy farm sector

Ability and experience to develop the sales of innovative products through a dealer network

Good understanding of UK dairy farming

Excellent organisation and planning skills

Flexible, with the ability to work off own initiative is essential

Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

Strong Computer literacy

UK driving license

Remuneration:

This position comes with an excellent remuneration package including a highly competitive salary, commission, company car and pension.
