G358 - European Sales Manager

De Lacy Executive has been appointed to seek a European Sales Manager for our client who is well respected for their range of technical nutrition and animal health products for ruminants. The role is a result of expansion and will cover the whole of Europe.

This is a significant opportunity for the right person to be out in the field, giving them the opportunity to form relationships face to face. As a result, extensive travel will be required. The aim of the role is to develop relationships with existing customers, identifying new customers in both new and existing markets, and working with these customers to increase sales in European markets.

Requirement:

Technical knowledge of the animal health industry with proven experience in sales/marketing or business development.

The ability to work independently: a self-starter with high energy levels, adaptability, and initiative.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Flexibility to be away from home on a regular basis. (This is a field role with the employee visiting overseas markets at least 70% of the time).

A thorough understanding of and ideal experience of B2B sales.

I.T. literate.

Valid European driving licence.

Remuneration: A competitive salary and package will be offered based upon experience.
