They are looking for an experienced individual within the agricultural industry who has the drive and passion to lead the established team at their Norfolk branch in Fakenham.

Role Purpose:

You will be responsible for the overall profitability, management and efficient daily operations of a designated branch. You will have overall responsibility of equipment sales, repairs, retail sales and administration of the branch whilst ensuring you are promoting the companys image by attracting new customer accounts and maintaining existing customers.

Duties responsibilities:

Establish, operate and monitor branch performance against annual budget

Develop budgets and targets with the departmental managers, review performance against these and work with the managers to identify and address any shortfalls

To meet and exceed agreed targets of the sales and promotion of specific franchises within a designated area in accordance with Branch and Company KPIs

Dealing with customers on a day to day basis, both face to face, over the phone and via email

Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships with customers to increase sales potential

You will provide a superior level of customer service and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and development of staff including staff motivation.

Daily management of staff in accordance with company procedures

Maintaining all records efficiently and effectively as required

Ensure that information is communicated effectively and in a timely fashion

Demonstrate appropriate service behaviours when dealing with colleagues and customers

Ensure branch personnel are operating in accordance with company policies and procedures.
