G320 - Animal Health Account Manager - Midlands and South

De Lacy Executive has been retained to recruit for the vacancy of Animal Health Account Manager in the south of the country by a prestigious and forward looking international company with a strong UK base.

The successful animal health product range supports all farm species and typically is used in combination with feeds and feeding systems. The sales territory is established and the successful applicant will be required to continue to develop sales through distributors and provide on farm support as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver agreed budget and increase brand awareness.

Support customers with sales and marketing activities.

To assist with product development.

Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships.

Develop account plans for key customers.

Advise customers on appropriate products.

Product training and campaign support with customers.

Assist with customer budgeting and forecasting.

Market intelligence feedback.

Report customer activity within CRM.

Key Applicant Requirements:

Sales experience within the animal health or animal feed industry preferable.

Graduate in Agricultural or Animal Science discipline an advantage.

Strong presentation skills, oral and written.

Good communicator at all levels within organisation/customers.

Motivated and able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Results focussed with good negotiation skills.

Willing to travel - Midlands and Southern UK.
