De Lacy Executives client is a specialist company devoted to sustainable food and energy production. An Anaerobic Digestions Feedstocks Coordinator is required to assist the Commercial Manager to ensure the plants run continuously at optimal efficiency from a diet of feedstocks which optimizes plant financial and biological performance. The successful candidate will be required to deliver a quality product efficiently, safely and professionally within set budgets and agreed timescales.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Crop input data and crop agronomy compliance.

Use of computer weighbridge program. Duties to include farmer management, responsibility for overseeing stock levels invoicing and cost of production reports.

Co-ordination of the poultry litter deliveries/procurement with suppliers and hauliers.

Responsibility for feedstock logistics and health and safety compliance.

Responsible for the management of harvest logistics and storage of crop and digestate.

Management of digestate off-take and spreading logistics.

Crop rotation planning.

Feedstock testing and costing.

Responsibility for feedstock quality standards.

Review and act upon the key performance indicators for feedstock and operations.

Working along site plant managers to ensure plant uptime and efficiency levels are maintained based on the consistent supply of feedstocks to the plant.

Responsible for the scheduling for the use of the beet washer to ensure availability when required.

Ensure that all staff reporting to you operate within the company Health Safety and Security policy.


A good understanding of the AD process

Industry management experience and certification

Proven people management skills.

Excellent communications skills

Strong analytical and IT skills

Determination to succeed

Ability to plan and prioritise complex and varied tasks

Team player

Ability to work co-operatively and in collaboration with other stakeholders, partners and colleagues

Ability to display a flexible approach to the role


An appropriate qualification or equivalent experience in agronomy or similar management
