De Lacy Executive has been engaged by a leading and trusted European parts supplier, with strong growth plans for the UK, to secure the appointment of an Account Manager for the South West.

The successful applicant will be accountable for the daily management of customers throughout Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset developing a business strategy appropriate for each account to ensure continuous profitable growth within the territory. You will be responsible for building partnerships that deliver opportunities for customers to increase their profitability.

An understanding of the spare parts market is desirable but is not essential, above all you will have the ability to sell and develop business partnerships with Agricultural Dealerships at all levels. You will have the ability to bring your energetic and inspirational approach to a changing environment, always willing to deliver success in a customer first environment.

Applicants will have excellent communication, IT and administration skills. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, constantly improving yourself and the business through valued feedback and participation. Attendance of training courses, internal meetings, projects and events will be expected as part of your growth.

Remuneration:
