The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall profitability, management and efficient daily operations of a designated branch in Cambridgeshire. You will have overall responsibility of equipment sales, repairs, retail sales and administration of the branch whilst ensuring you are promoting the companys image by attracting new customer accounts and maintaining existing customers.

Main Responsibilities:

To meet and exceed agreed targets of the sales and promotion of specific franchises within a designated area in accordance with Branch and Company KPIs

Dealing with customers on a day to day basis, both face to face, over the phone and via email

Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships with customers to increase sales potential

Provide a superior level of customer service and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and development of staff including staff motivation.

Daily management of staff in accordance with company procedures

Maintaining all records efficiently and effectively as required

Ensure that information is communicated effectively and in a timely fashion

Demonstrate appropriate service behaviours when dealing with colleagues and customers

Ensure branch personnel are operating in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous Management experience is essential

Good, sound knowledge of the agricultural industry and its equipment or associated industries

Proven sales experience would be advantageous

Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone

Target driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets

Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative

Ability to be influencing and persuading and able to close a deal

Ability where necessary to demonstrate equipment

Strong communication skills at all levels

Possess strong leadership skills and be able to act quickly and decisively

Take accountability for own decisions

Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems

Excellent IT skills

Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature

Able to work on initiative for improvements

Full UK Driving license
