A Poultry Sales Advisor is required for our client who has a first class reputation as an employer and as a supplier to poultry farmers. They have a large customer base of both monogastric and ruminant clients. The successful candidate will service a full ledger of established accounts and will open new accounts. The territory will cover York up into Northumberland.
The key attributes of the successful candidate will be:
A good practical knowledge of livestock husbandry.
Ability to build lasting business relationships with farmers.
Ability to learn and adapt.
Resilience and determination.
Confidence with people.
Experience of selling to poultry farmers.
Experience of poultry farming.
Ambition and a competitive streak.
Reside in the sales territory.
Agricultural degree - or equivalent qualification.
A UK valid driving licence.
