S208 - Agricultural Recruitment Consultant - Arable/Fresh Produce/Horticulture

We seek an ambitious person who after a period of induction and training would become an Agricultural Recruitment Consultant for our increasingly busy head office on the border of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

De Lacy Executive is the agricultural recruitment specialist in the Agri-Business and Land-based Business Sectors and was established in 2000. Our team consists of experienced practical and supply trade agriculturalists who have developed an agricultural recruitment practice based on high ethical standards. We have been awarded Preferred Supplier List status by a number of key organisations in our sector.

The principal objective of the position is to match the needs of our employer clients with the skills and experience of job seekers. This role would have a particular emphasis on the grower side of the business and so we are looking for candidates with an arable, fresh produce, horticultural or fruit focus. This involves face to face meetings, significant telephone, email and web-based contact plus database management.

The position is largely office based with some travel to meet clients and candidates and attendance at exhibitions. The pace of work is fast and demanding requiring a great deal of judgement and organisation.

This is not a sales role based upon volume targets. We pride ourselves on providing an honest and professional service to both employers and job seekers so building a long term relationship based upon trust and confidence.

On occasions the successful applicant will be called upon to promote the companys services to employer clients and job seekers.

Remuneration will be negotiable and based upon a salary and bonus according to experience and potential.
