The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their sales career into an environment that strives for innovative and efficient ways to provide cost effective feed alternatives for farmers.

This opportunity will be a field based role that ensures that a premium service is offered to customers which involves advising ways to reduce costs, raise yields or productivity, and improve herd health to meet the challenges of the future.

The successful applicant will have a proven "relationship" selling experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You need to be able to demonstrable track record of achieving targets and be seeking new opportunities to progress with a forward thinking company.

Other requirements include:

Analytical skills with strong commercial awareness.

Previous Animal Feed, Feed Supplement, Premix, or Nutritional Feed Additive sales experience.

Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

Sound knowledge of Ruminant nutrition.

Ability to work autonomously, with self-motivation.

Willingness to travel extensively as required.

Valid UK driving licence

Remuneration:

Package will be competitive and commensurate with your skills and experience alongside a car and generous commission scheme.
