H045 - Poultry Industry - Large Account Manager - home based

An account manager for large poultry businesses is required by a prominent and forward looking UK agri-business. You will identify opportunities for growth within current customers whilst also developing business at new prospect accounts. This is a key role in strategic development within the Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities

Customers and colleagues will rely on your industry knowledge - Layer, Broiler, Breeder, Duck

Account Management: taking ownership of your customers needs and providing solutions

Selling and negotiation both to internal and external customers

Develop relationships with customers and industry influencers and internal colleagues.

Forecasting: working with the customer and internal departments to allow smooth and accurate supply.

Skills Experience

Understanding of all the key aspects of the poultry sector.

Understanding of the partnerships and alliances required to deliver EBIT growth in the poultry sector.

Understanding of the market forces shaping current and future production in the poultry sector.

Sales and business development experience.

Negotiation skills

Ability to forge effective internal and external networks
