This respected, ambitious and forward thinking company seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated technical sales manager to cover the South East territory. You will be proactive in offering a high level of customer service to customers, plus the provision of demonstrations, training and attendance at shows. Ideal candidates will reside in the counties of Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk or Suffolk.

This is an exciting opportunity with excellent career development prospects and could suit someone wanting to move from a dealer based sales role to manufacturer level.

The Role Responsibilities:

Manage the sales process from enquiry generation through to sale

Manage the relationship with existing Customers, Dealers and Farmers

Grow sales in line with Company goals

Develop relationships with key influencers in your area

Attend relevant shows and events in the area in line with the marketing strategy

Perform demonstrations where required

Construct quotations with finance options

Feed market information back to the team

Manage and update the company CRM system

Be a key part of the sales team, contributing at meetings

Candidate Requirements:

Agricultural degree or similar qualification

Excellent sales skills

Strong relationship builder

Target driven, well organised and a self-motivated

Proven experience in agricultural machinery sales is desirable

Able to demonstrate good operation of agricultural machinery is essential

Excellent communication skills

Full UK driving licence

Remuneration:

A highly competitive remuneration package will be on offer to the successful candidate
