Proud to design and build in Britain,the company endeavours to provide a leading level of service along with first class products that help farmers meet the financial and practical challenges of todays industry.
Now under new management direction, Sumo is entering an exciting new chapter with the owners implementing ambitious plans to develop, expand and improve the business.
As part of this, an Export Sales Manager is required to implement the companys international strategy, in particular, to grow and manage Sumos export sales
Determine the best routes to market in the target countries
Develop the sales process
Identify and develop new clients
Monitor, manage and grow existing clients
Co-ordinate feedback to the senior management team
Keep the board informed of progress in the export strategy
Be a member of the Senior Management Team
The successful candidate will have:
A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable
Excellent knowledge of European agricultural machinery sector
Proven experience in machinery export markets
Experience in agricultural machinery sales
Willingness to travel extensively as required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to speak a European language in addition to English is desirable, but not essential
Remuneration: the reward package will reflect the importance of this role and the ability of the appointed candidate.
