A profitable, large, independent wholesale distributor of spares and components to the agricultural sector is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Manager to cover the South of Wales, Herefordshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall

The company has been in business for many years and has built a reputation for product quality and range which is competitively priced, as well as a flexible and customer friendly service. Their experienced team offers unrivalled knowledge and expertise of agricultural machinery and their applications. There is an excellent supply network and the company carries thousands of products in stock. As well as spares and components for agricultural applications the company carries a wide range of other products serving hardware, trailer and engineering trades.

The successful candidate will be required to develop the agricultural machinery spare parts sales network throughout an established territory, building long term business relationships and offering excellent customer service.

Candidate requirements:

Previous UK agricultural spares or machinery sales experience is essential

Professional and organised approach

Energetic and highly motivated

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Drive and ambition

Demonstrate the resilience required to create new accounts in an already very competitive market

Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times

Computer literate

Full UK driving licence

Remuneration:

Remuneration will include a competitive salary and company car and there will be a performance related bonus.
