A first class opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated International Business Development Professional, to join a dynamic and innovative International Agricultural Company, which has high ambitions for the future.

Our client is looking to establish a network of distributors in Czech Republic, Slokakia and Hungary, to sell its unique service which is aimed at helping farmers to manage their business more effectively and efficiently using modern new technology. Your role will be to acquire clients and set-up and manage the service.

This is a very exciting opportunity to take part in the development of a fast growing start-up business in offering a unique and patented service to the agricultural sector in these countries.

The position offers an excellent career progression opportunity for the successful candidate. As the service grows, the role could evolve rapidly towards building a strong local team with management responsibility.

The role is two-fold and you will be required to:-

Firstly:

Develop a network of distributors and effectively establish the service in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary

Identify the best potential partners and engage them through participation in conferences, shows and meetings to raise brand awareness

Secondly:

Set-up operations to offer a reliable service to the distributors and end-customers

Ensure best communications with the International head office in order to ensure all the necessary data is collected and transformed into the insight that meets clients expectations,

Candidate Requirements:

Proven business development experience in establishing a distribution network

A broad knowledge of agriculture

Autonomous, self-driven, entrepreneurial mind-set

Excellent sales skills, with B2B experience within the agricultural sector

Strong negotiation skill

Results driven

Excellent communication skills

A successful track record of strong relationship building

Precision agriculture or agronomy knowledge will be an advantage

Valid driving licence

Remuneration Package:
