ABCH569 - Campaign Delivery Manager

Our client an Award winning contact centre, are looking to recruit an experienced Campaign Delivery Manager to join their growing team.

The purpose of the role for the Campaign Delivery Manager:

• Responding to client briefs to establish a clear requirement challenging assumptions, adding value

• In the absence of a client brief, gathering and documenting client requirements, questioning and challenging as appropriate to ensure exact requirements are understood. Add value to the process and ensure that this is factored into client cost estimates (Liaise with company Directors for commercials)

• Initiating and hosting kick off meetings and conference calls or client visits updating implementation plans or action logs documenting agreed outputs

• Identifying and coordinating all relevant internal resources that need to participate or contribute to the planning, specification, creation or delivery of the client activity, streamlining all reams of communication

• Ensure that the total potential scope of work is identified through the campaign planning process and factored into client estimates - including strategic planning, user experience, mobile, SMS, Email, search marketing, campaign reporting and analysis and any relevant post live services

• Liaison with client re-application of communications channels and technologies to meet their business / communication objectives - including social media, mobile, direct and broadcast media, SMS and email

• Creation and maintaining of timing / project plans, gaining the appropriate inputs from creative / it/technical and the relevant Team managers both internal and external if required

• Briefing data requirements and MI to the data loader/Reporter

• Demonstration of careful management of resources, estimates, budgeting, invoicing, client negotiation, cost control and consultative selling liaising with the company Directors

• Identifying and documenting any risks both internally and with the Client communicating this to internal lines

• Updating of 6-week review and presenting a future forecast listing challenges, successes and lessons learnt. Completion of a 3-month review liaising with the CCM.The 3 months’ review will be used as a ‘real time' document, updates should be made as soon as updates occur on the campaigns. Provide frequent updates to the CCM and company Directors as required

• Maintaining a good working knowledge of the client's business and industry, including competitor activity

Key performance indicators:

• Liaising with the client to set campaign KPIs and measurement criteria

• Strategic understanding - maintain a sound understanding of the campaign strategy, ensure effective contribution to the creative and communications planning process

• Instigate and lead effective brainstorms where appropriate to inspire and initiate creative thinking

• Presenting work to client; documenting and disseminating feedback and gaining approvals

• Resource overseeing and / or completing resource requests and optimising resource plan with CCM

• Providing a weekly overview of the campaign during the first 6 weeks to the CCM

• Instigating and leading effective Client status meetings, including the creation of well-structured agendas and comprehensive contact reports

• Managing client expectations through regular and timely updates on project / timing plans /action plans

• Creating effective presentations to communicate all aspects of the campaign planning and project delivery

• Development of post campaign case studies

• Sound commercial acumen, demonstrating good understanding of revenue, profitability and cash flow

• Excellent organisational skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time - Assist on a variety of ad-hoc work and initiatives as needed Providing on-going support to CCM, Directors and Team

• Complete work within the timeframes provided

• Daily (project related) management of Campaign and Project Management resources allocated to the project ensuring clarity over key tasks, priorities and expected behaviours for each team member

• Upward management (and delegation where appropriate) to ensure sensible workloads are maintained across the team

• The Campaign Manager may lead the delivery of a campaign autonomously, or if the campaign is experiencing difficulty

• Identify and convert opportunities for additional revenue growth through existing and / or new work streams to add value

The salary for this role is awarded on experience and will go up to £26000 + Bonus.
