A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, and highly organised Administrative Assistant/PA to support the sales team, Managers and Directors within an estate agency. You will need to be able to multi task, be versatile, work under pressure and have a positive approach.
The Role and Responsibilities.
You will be responsible for administrative and clerical support, payroll, HR administration, assisting with recruitment admin, receiving clients and visitors, scheduling meetings, dealing with telephone enquiries and generally supporting the team wherever needed. This role is incredibly varied and so versatility is essential.
The Ideal Person
Our client is seeking a high quality candidate;
• A proven track record of administrative/HR admin support
• Excellent communication skills
• A high proficiency in MS Office with extensive experience
• Good problem solving abilities and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
• Highly organised
• Work to deadlines and under pressure
The salary for this role is £17000 - £20000 based on experience and the working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
