AT-CSADVISOR - Customer Service Advisor

Zeus Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor who has experience of negotiation, and has the ability to build strong working relationships.

Essential Experience

Core Accountabilities

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated person to join our Managed Service Team. You will be recruiting third party suppliers, negotiating the best deals for our owners and building long lasting business relationships.

Role/Department/Specific Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting preferred suppliers in your dedicated regions across the UK. With your excellent rapport building skills you will maintain and grow the relationships going forward. We are looking for an individual who can take ownership of their areas and provide a reliable, flexible Managed Service for our owners.

As well as your supplier network you will be building relationships with our owners. You will be finding out their needs and matching the company's Managed Service accordingly with the aim of persuading the owner to choose us.

Monitoring and maintaining the service standards of your preferred supplier network will also be part of your role. You will be required to communicate service level figures and feedback scores to your partners regularly and update process and procedures accordingly.

• Constantly seeks out opportunities for self-development.

• Remains coachable at all times.

• Work in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and to ensure all new systems and data are secure.

Colleagues in the department may have access to material which is confidential or commercially sensitive in some way. It is a condition of their contract of employment that they use great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is leaked from the department to unauthorized members of staff, customers or owners. Should confidentiality be breach this may lead to formal action being taken.

We are looking for a full time individual who is able to work 9-5.30pm Monday – Friday.
