AT-SALESAD - Sales Administrator

Zeus Personnel are working with the UK subsidiary of the one of the largest leading Safety Footwear and PPE manufacturers and suppliers in Europe. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Office Administrator.

Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will take on board all general sales support administrative duties.

The role will also involve working closely alongside other members of the sales office team and Area Sales Managers. This is a superb opportunity for someone who wishes to work within a sales office environment.

You must have previous experience of providing sales support. It is essential that you are educated to GCSE Level with English and Maths at Grade C or above and have excellent IT skills. In order to be successful in this role you will be highly organised, self-motivated, reliable and not afraid of a challenge with a flexible approach to work.

In short, we are looking for a bubbly, outgoing personality; someone who will come across well when dealing with customers over the phone. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities and duties will include: -

Sales Office Correspondent Role:

-To ensure the correct data entry of sales orders, customer delivery addresses following agreed procedure.

-To provide customers with any information they request with regard to dispatch information, stock levels, outstanding orders and proof of delivery.

-To raise any credit the business requires.

-To provide support to Area Sales Managers as requires with all or specific customers.

-To provide customers with product and technical information as agrees and offer alternatives where appropriate.

-To liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure dispatch of any urgent orders.
