Current recruitment software isn't doing its job of helping agencies to run their business better because it's too expensive, over-complicated and doesn't account for the user experience.

"Systems for managing vacancies and candidates should make life easier for small agencies, but they can have the opposite effect," according to Ben Jeffery, sales manager at Apricot. "You get over-complicated screens, unnecessary features, and slow processes. So instead of making work easier, recruitment software actually leaves people feeling frustrated."
